  3. Click on “Book Community Hall” at the top of the page to see availability. Heads up! Our hall is popular. If you don’t immediately see availability, try a different week or kind of rental. This calendar is kept up to date and there are no “hidden” rental times.
  4. Renters are encouraged to consider how much time they need to set up as well as clean up from their event. Renters should book their rental to reflect how much time they need to access the hall, from set up to clean up, not just for the event. Free access prior (or after) your rental time is not included in the price. Consider renting the hall for multiple days if you would like additional time for set up and clean up.
  • A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. The card is required to hold the booking only. Your card is not charged until the Terms and Conditions have been signed and you have no outstanding questions.

  • The rental agent is notified of your request and will be in touch. Don’t worry! If you book it online and provide a credit or debit card, your rental is being held. Allow 3 business days for the volunteer rental agent to respond.

  • Looking to book the hall for a weekend event, like a wedding? Book the consecutive Friday, Saturday, and Sunday separately. The rental agent will see the three bookings and will be in touch to confirm your event!

  • Once the hall is booked, if you plan to serve, sell or provide alcohol at your event we require you to purchase host liquor liability insurance. We do not provide, manage or administrate this whatsoever.  You can reach out to your insurance broker or click here to obtain a policy for your event.


Hall –  68′ X 40′ in size. 2720 square feet.

  • Capacity of 231 for seated dining.  There is a raised 26′ X 10′ foot stage at the front of the hall. Lighting consists of overhead florescent lighting and/or potlights on a dimmer switch. The height of the walls from floor to ceiling is 16 feet.
  • Finishing (warming) kitchen is complete with 1 refrigerator, one commercial cooler, one stand-up freezer, a microwave, two standard stoves with ovens and warming drawers, a large working area and washing stations. Kitchen is not intended for frying, deep frying, or grilling with oil or greece.  Barbecuing allowed on concrete pad on South patio.
  • 15 round tables (60″), 6 standing cocktail tables, 24 rectangular tables (30″ x 96″)
  • 200 black, plastic/chrome stacking chairs

  • His, Hers and Restrooms are inside the hall. A his/hers universal restroom is in the foyer.
  • 21′ X 8′ coat room is situated to the right of the foyer.
  • Supplies for cleaning included in rental.
  • PVCL does not provide dinnerware, cookware or table linens.
  • We have a 4 burners commercial BBQ available to rent for $200/rental. Please inquire with our rental agent directly to add this to your rental.
